What we collect when you enquire, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
KREAMY DELIGHTS LTD is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 15557720, registered office 63b Brighton Road, South Croydon, Surrey, CR2 6EE.

What we collect
This website has one place where you give us personal information: the quote enquiry form. There is no account system, no newsletter sign-up, and no payment taken on the site.

Allergy and dietary information. If you tell us about allergies or dietary requirements — yours or your guests’ — that is health-related information, which UK GDPR treats as a special category. We use it only to prepare safely for your event, we share it only with the staff working that event, and we delete it once the event has passed. Please give us only what we need to keep people safe.
Our lawful basis
We rely on Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. You asked us for a quote; we process your details to give you one. Where you give us allergy information we rely on Article 9(2)(a), your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us.
We do not use your enquiry for marketing. If we ever want to email you about anything other than your enquiry, we will ask you first.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use:
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and runs the code that handles your enquiry.
- Resend — delivers your enquiry to us as an email.
- Our email provider — where your enquiry is stored once it arrives.
Each acts as our processor under a written contract. Some are based in the United States, so your information may be transferred outside the UK. Those transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an equivalent safeguard.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become bookings — 12 months, then deleted.
- Bookings — 7 years after the event, because tax law requires us to keep business records.
- Allergy and dietary information — deleted once the event has passed.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising technology, no tracking pixels and no social media widgets. Nothing you do here is shared with a third party, and nothing follows you to other websites.
Two small pieces of information are stored in your browser so the site works as you expect. Both use session storage, which belongs to the single browser tab and is destroyed when you close it. Neither contains personal information, and neither leaves your device unless you submit the enquiry form.

Both are strictly necessary for features you actively asked for, so under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations they do not require consent. That is why this site has no cookie banner. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it, where we have no continuing reason to keep it;
- restrict how we use it, or object to our using it;
- send it to you or another provider in a portable format;
- withdraw consent for allergy information, at any time.
Email info@kreamydelights.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first at info@kreamydelights.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you what we intend to do about it.

Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already given us will be notified to you directly.
