What is in our products, what we cannot guarantee, and how to make sure a guest with an allergy is looked after on the day.

Allergies or intolerances? Please speak to our staff before you order. Our team can tell you exactly what is in every product we are serving that day. If you are booking on someone else’s behalf, tell us about allergies when you book on 020 8088 5431 or at info@kreamydelights.com so we can prepare.
The 14 regulated allergens
UK law requires food businesses to tell customers if food contains any of these fourteen allergens. We can do that for every product on our vans:
- Celery
- Cereals containing gluten
- Crustaceans
- Eggs
- Fish
- Lupin
- Milk
- Molluscs
- Mustard
- Peanuts
- Sesame
- Soya
- Sulphur dioxide and sulphites
- Tree nuts

This is a guide to help you plan. It is not a substitute for asking on the day: recipes and suppliers change, and the exact products on a van vary by booking. Always confirm with our staff before ordering.

Cross-contamination — what we cannot guarantee
An ice cream van is a small, shared space. The same scoops, wafer stores, sauce pumps and work surfaces are used across the whole menu, and milk, gluten and nuts are present throughout. We take cross-contamination seriously and follow our food safety procedures, but we want to be straight with you:
We cannot guarantee that any item is free from any allergen, and we cannot offer a genuinely nut-free, gluten-free or dairy-free service from our vans. If a guest has a severe allergy or anaphylaxis, please talk to us before the event so we can tell you honestly whether we can serve them safely. We would far rather say no than put someone at risk.
Wrapped and branded products
Lollies and branded ice creams such as Magnum and Twister arrive sealed from the manufacturer. We keep the wrapper intact, so the full ingredient and allergen declaration is on the product itself — please read it.
Vegan and dairy-free
We do not currently offer a certified vegan or dairy-free soft serve. Some of our lollies and soft drinks contain no milk, and our staff can tell you which. If a vegan option matters for your event, tell us when you enquire and we will tell you honestly what we can do.
Telling us when you book
The enquiry form has a field for allergies and dietary requirements. Anything you put there goes only to the team working your event and is deleted once the event has passed — see our privacy policy for how we handle it.
